Abstract AITranslate

Conductive papers made from carbon nanotubes are of p-type and can be changed into n-type through plasma treatments. Thermoelectric devices with the Peltier effect are successfully generated by interconnecting p- and n-type papers where the temperature difference is created at low power consumption.
