Abstract AITranslate

Self-healing conductivity of materials is a very attractive property, but preparing a simple green conductive material is still a challenge. In this article, a self-healing conductive material was prepared by using polyaniline as a conductive substance with oxidized nanocellulose and polyacrylamide. When the oxidized nanocellulose and polyaniline are 1:1, the fracture stress of the material can reach 1.62 MPa (≈400%). Meanwhile, the material has a certain self-healing effect due to the presence of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction forces. After 48 h of self-healing at room temperature, the maximum stress reached 0.83 MPa. The electrical conductivity can reach 47.22 μS/cm, and the self-healing efficiency of the material can reach >90% after 1 h at room temperature. This material is prepared by a solution casting process, which allows the material to be prepared in large areas.
