Abstract AITranslate

This research has developed a paper-based sensor incorporating molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)technology for the detection of bisphenol-A(BPA)in plastic bottles. The characterization of BPA-molecular imprinted polymers on paper(BPA-MIP/FP)demonstrated the successful deposition of MIP on the paper substrate. The binding properties analysis revealed that the BPA-MIP/FP sensor exhibited significantly enhanced BPA adsorption capacity(29.04±1.45μmol/cm2)compared to unmodified paper. The sensor demonstrated excellent performance characteristics, including high sensitivity with a detection limit of 0.053 ng/mL and superior selectivity for BPA over other bisphenol compound derivatives. The results of the actual samples showed that the sensor has good stability with a RSD of 3.7%and accuracy with recovery rates in the range from 93.46%to 102.06%.
