Official LinkedIn App for Windows Phone 7 Now Available [Download Link]

At Web of Tech I’ve given equal importance to all three major mobile platforms. I mean I take care to write about Windows Phone, iOS and Android apps equally. As you all know I’m concentrating mainly on mobile applications here. But in the case of Windows Phone, my options are limited due to the limited number of apps, at least missing of some popular names. Of course there is Windows Phone Market Place to give Windows Phone users apps for their different needs. But compared to other platforms it’s limited. But things are getting changed now-a-days. I’m happy that now Windows Phone users are getting some popular apps on their device. Recently Rovio has announced that they were working on Angry Birds Space for Windows Phone. Now one major social network has released their app for Windows Phone. I’m talking about LinkedIn the social network where most professionals are active. LinkedIn has released its official LinkedIn app for Windows Phone. Yep! the beautiful LinkedIn app for Windows Phone is now available for download in the Windows Market Place. It supports Windows Phone 7.5 and up.

New LinkedIn App for Windows Phone 7

In one of my earlier article introducing best five social networking apps for Android I have mentioned LinkedIn. But on design front LinkedIn for Windows Phone is far better. Thanks to Windows Metro UI. LinkedIn looks truly awesome on Windows Phone.

Matt Cutts, Bill Gates, Britney Spears like several popular figures are there on LinkedIn. If you are not in LinkedIn and run a business sign in today and connect with the professional network having 150 million members worldwide.

Free LinkedIn app for Windows Phone enables you to keep up-to-date with your groups, share contents, explore jobs etc. on the go.

I know you will like this app. So don’t forget to share the news with your friends. I will back with another useful app news next time. Enjoy.
